2.2 release date

Aplogies as I haven't had the time to get involved in the beta testing.
I was just wondering how things where coming along and is there a release date in the offering.
Also is it a straight upgrade path from 2.0 or will this need more work?

I'm not sure if we'll see the upgrade process become available in an RC or not, but it should be ready at final release if I'm reading things right.
