Zentyal crashes continously

I have recently installed Zentyal 3.4 everything was going well, and I manged to configure and connect openchange accounts with MS outlook. But all of a sudden I noticed that outlook got disconnected and crash was reported on dashboard. After OS restart I got connected but once again crash was reported.
I'm naive in world of zentyal and will appreciate help and support in this regard.

I'm getting following error in mail.log:
