What version of Zentyal and processor architecture are you trying to install?
Can you confirm that keyboard and mouse are working correctly? You can 'browse' through the languages using the arrow keys?
When you see all the different languages, what happens if you press F2 to change language and F3 to change keymap?

the version is 3.3 and its a 64 bit, i have also tried 32 bit, when i press the keys nothing happens, like nothing at all. mouse and keyboard are working fine. no function key works. the screen stuck there its self (at the starting point of language selection.). inface i tried installing other linux os as well, i have the same problem.

Does the same happen when you try an Ubuntu 12.04 cd?
Can you do a checksum and see if the ISO you downloaded is ok?

If there is no change, I suspect your keyboard or usb port on your motherboard has an issue. Can you try another USB port? Or another keyboard?
