3.0 webmail not working [ SOLVED ]

i cant access the webmail interface
my ip address/webmail 
used to work with 2.2

pls, dig to /var/log/ "apache2" & "zentyal" ( and subdirectorys) for more information

apache2 , zentyal and roundcube are all empty nothing at all

this is what the browser gives

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.
