Unable to access shares on Zentyal server

Good day gents,

We have been running a Zentyal server for the last 2 months and all of a sudden today we can't access any of our shares. 

I have gone as far as allowing guess access on all the shares.  This allows all of our users to access the folders, but they are unable to open any files they keep getting an 'Access Denied' error.

I have created a new test folder on the Zentyal server and I gave that folder guess access and users are able to access the folder and create files in the new folder. 

Please can somebody help me.

I have also now unticked all the guess access blocks and now the users can again access some shares. 

For example:  user reception can access reception files on the server, but if I want to access the same files with my user admin, I am unable to access the same folder. 

I get a windows error that multiple connections by the same user not allowed.
