Amigo, primeiramente, voce tem que habilitar os módulos "usuarios e ftp", agora libere acesse no firewall para o serviço ftp.
Feito isso, adicione um usuario, agora é só acessar.
Porem tem um detalhe (erro) que postei aqui.

My Zentyal has the ip "192.168.0.1" (internal) and ip "200200200200"(external).
Inside my network I open I open using Internet Explorer or through Windows Explorer address ftp://192.168.0.1/ ftp://200.200.200.200/ but if I type it in error.
However this error is only displayed by Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer, if you try with Firefox, Chrome, FileZila FTP, they open.
But 90% of customers use IE, and is giving error.
I tried to uninstall and redo the Zentyal, but continues with the problem.
If a retake isntalação new Zentyal, it works, but then he simply (do not know if it's some update that hinders)

ebox? o usuário que eu faço login no zentyal? root?
Amigo, na parte de usuarios no painel do Zentyal, de direitos Administrativo ao Usuario selecionado, e com ele voce sempre usará para ingressar os outros na rede.
E não se esqueça de usar o REG, antes de ingressar no dominio.

Friend thanks for your help, but the problem of the first post I decided a long time.
However, now it imports the accounts and groups BUT the passwords are not soncronizadas.

Amigo pelo visto voce nunca trabalhou com PDC certo?
Lembrando que no PDC voce não trabalha com "GPO".
O que da para se fazer são coisas manuais, do tipo.

- BAT
- VBs
Enfim, coisas que se encaixam no famoso "logon.bat" do PDC.
De fato, voce pode mudar o esquema, e fazer com que cada usuario tenha seu scripts de logon e tals.. enfim... é muito mais "facil" no PDC voce manipular do jeito que voce quer, porem é mais trabalhoso chegar a um resultado final.... me entende??
Eu por ex, tenho Dominios em PDC e AD, faço as mesmas coisas nos 2, porem no AD faço em alguns cliques, e no PDC faço em alguns "minutos" (varios rs)
