FTP - Problem

Friends okay?

I'm using Zentyal 2, with the last update.

However I was using FTP without problems, opening in any
Browser, however, now in Internet Explorer no longer opens.

Anyone know why this? It simply says that the page can not be
found

Friends, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail.

 I tried to disable all other modules, but also to no avail.

 It happened suddenly.

What is the exact problem that you encounter in FTP module of zentyal.?

My Zentyal has the ip "192.168.0.1" (internal) and ip "200200200200"(external).

 Inside my network I open I open using Internet Explorer or through Windows Explorer address ftp://192.168.0.1/ ftp://200.200.200.200/ but if I type it in error.

 However this error is only displayed by Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer, if you try with Firefox, Chrome, FileZila FTP, they open.

 But 90% of customers use IE, and is giving error.

 I tried to uninstall and redo the Zentyal, but continues with the problem.

 If a retake isntalação new Zentyal, it works, but then he simply (do not know if it's some update that hinders)
