[SOLVED] Where is general Public_html ?
« on: January 25, 2012, 08:01:24 pm »
Hello ! =)

First, i'm sorry for my bad english, i'm belgian speaking french.
Second, i'm very very beginner with Zentyal and Linux =/

i have a stupid question, i probably missed the tips when configuration or missed the post in documentation but...

How can i modify the default index.html in public_html ?

I can't find the general public_html directory, i understand how it works for users but really cannot find this.

I'm sorry for this stupid question.

Thank you ;)

If you create a virtual domain /srv/www/vdomain/

default /var/www/

No problem. There are many levels of experience on here so never be afraid of your own level.

Also further down the list there is a french international section. Being English I am always in the position of people apologising to me, because I only know one language? Your English is much better than my French :)

Thank you! I had not seen the international part of the forum :)

I think that to be able to talk in english is much usefull than talking french. But i love french ^^
I wish i could talk and understand english perfectly, it's very usefull when working with servers and computers (maybe essential...)

Anyway, thank you for your help =)
