how to turn off the firewall over putty?
« on: December 14, 2011, 03:29:07 pm »
I need to turn off the firewall of a Zentaly Server which acts as Mailserver. During migration to 2.2 it lost connenction to the internet.
I still can reach from the LAN but no access to admin page (https) and no sending / receiving mails.
So I need to deactivate the firewall over console.
Anyone who can help?

Thanks

It was not the firewall - it was the gateway which was lost. ???
I added the gateway and I reached the internet and could sucessfully upgrade to 2.2
Thanks for your help

Can you post your error log. Maybe we can debug and find out what went wrong with your migration. I know I have struggled a while with migration, but in the end it went all fine.

Sorry no - the server is already new installed. They need mail tomorrow. So I had them to bring the machine.
Thank you for your help.
