Does anyone make the zentyal.me Dyndns work?

Hi,

I have asked the questions several times, but I still can NOT make my dyndns "shinewain.zentyal.me" work. So I suspect the Zentyal Cloud DynDNS actually does NOT work at all.

that is a bold statement and verry not true - i have it working since months now,  and since my server is rebooted daily,   i have to also reconect it dayly 

though sometimes it take a whil i allways get up ...  so it must be your connection or settings or some kind of bugg that only affects you (since i havn't heard it from any one is).

try to remove your subscribtion  maybe try a diferent name...    and please describe in detail what and how your are doing it  so people may find your error or any related bugg. 


also please try to be paccient as this support forum is based on free vulantary support  and lots of us have other tasks jobs or specialties at hand.

I suspect the dynamic dns update is a job actually. There was a bug in the initial 2.2. install, no idea if its fixed but worth a try.

After install one of the job folders has a wrong setting

sudo chown ebox:ebox /var/lib/zentyal/conf/remoteservices

+reboot and setup the module again.
