Captive Portal problem[SOLVED]

I have been testing Zentyal out for the last couple of weeks but I can't seem to get the bandwidth quota working.  I do have the bandwidth monitor enabled on the right interface but the bandwidth usage(Captive Portal>current users) is stuck at 0.  I've looked at the logs but not sure what to look for and not sure what to do from here.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Ok, so something I probably should have done before but I updated some of the modules and it appears to be working now.

Have u test a multiple login using a single id? Mines look like working with the multiple login but i dont want to allow the multiple login using single id..
