Login problems with Zarafa webmail and Zentyal 2.2

I am starting to create users in my Zentyal box and enabling the Zarafa option for them
However I have noticed that not of them are able to login in.

I have only created 5 users at this point and only 2 or 3 of them can login.
The error message I am receiving is a simple "Logon failed, please check your name/password."
I wonder which log file I could check.

I am starting to delete and create the accounts again.
What seems to be fixing the issue.

Can you find any messages in your logs that can pinpoint why those users couldn't log in?
