To automaticly add the home share to a pc, the pc must be added to the domain. Did you manage to add the pc to your domain?

Do you have any related messages in Zentyal log and/or Windows system log?

Hi again!

Have looked in the logs, but can not find anything special. Do not really understand why it would not work.

Hallo,

In release 2.0 of Zentyal, there is standard a script installed toe map de h: drive of a Windows 7 client to the home directory ( if the client is a member of your domain ).
This script dedect off the client who connect toe the Zentyal PDC is an windows 7 client. The script file works also with the release 1.4 of Zentyal.
The file name is: zentyal-logon.bat in the map /home/samba/netlogon
In the file smb.conf of samba there must be a definition of the logon bat file , refered to zentyal-logon.bat ( this is done automaticly by install of the samba file and printserver in Zentyal.

Best regards,
Ian

Is there anything conflicting with the chosen mapped drive letter?

After joining the domain can you browse the share?
Then can you manually map the share?
