Not receiving incoming email

Hello Zentyal community.

I'm having a problem receiving email... Its just not coming in! I can send Email but it just doesnt come in.

I'm using Zarafa for webmail.

Under Mail -> General  all the Mail retrieval services  are enabled.

same issue here.  I see the incoming mail in the mail log, but it does not show in roundcube webmail.
There is nothing in the user folder.
I created new users and checked and rechecked the permissions, but the server seems to just drop the messages and i don't know why.  I am trying to figure where it is dropping the messages.  Since ebox loggs the incoming mail, it seems like the messages are dropping because ebox cannot deliver them to the user folder.
Is my logic on the right track?

Under Mail -> General  all the Mail retrieval services  are enabled.
For one single domain, you just can't have both Zarafa and mail retrieval services enable  :o
It's either Zarafa or POP/IMAP.

I don't know if your logic is on the right track because you don't explain what is configured neither show any log or problem (aside that you can't see any mail but where? :-[
I also don't understand what kind of permission you have to look at...
It looks like you have only standard mail service (I mean no Zarafa) but I'm not sure.

Yes, probably you have not selected the mail domain in Groupware if you want to see incoming mail in WebAccess, the other way around if you want to see in Roundcube.
