same issue here. I see the incoming mail in the mail log, but it does not show in roundcube webmail.
There is nothing in the user folder.
I created new users and checked and rechecked the permissions, but the server seems to just drop the messages and i don't know why. I am trying to figure where it is dropping the messages. Since ebox loggs the incoming mail, it seems like the messages are dropping because ebox cannot deliver them to the user folder.
Is my logic on the right track?
