Load Balancing works but only for 1 hour [Solved]

Greetings Zentyalers,

I'm getting a rather strange behaviour from Zentyal. I have a 2x wan load balancing setup working like a charm. But then minute 17 arrives and Bang! no internet. I call it minute 17 because it happens at 12:17, 13:17, 14:17 and so on. After that, my lan users can no longer connect to the internet and wan users loose one or both lines to access the internal servers.

The relevant ebox.log lines are pasted below. Every minute 17 phenomena is associated with firewall_report lines like that. As my users start screaming, i just disable one of the gateways and peace returns at the cost of half the bandwidth. When I reenable the gateway, it will work again (until the next minute 17)

OS: Zentyal 2.04 (first install was 2.01), production environment
Network: 3 interfaces:
   - lan (10.0.1.1),
   - wan1 (10.0.101.2, gw 10.0.101.1)
   - wan2 (10.0.102.2, gw 10.0.102.1)

Connections:
   - both wan interfaces connected to adsl modem/routers
   - ppoe is handled by the modems
   - Modems setup with static IPs (10.0.x.1) and point their DMZs to Zentyal wans

Other:
   - Proxy Http disabled
   - Traffic Shaping disabled

Update: replaced the ethernet adapters for an old 4-port intel adapter and the problem has gone.
