2 WAN 1 LAN
« on: August 07, 2008, 12:00:58 am »
Hi,

I have two adsl lines and need to setup ebox to load balance between the two. I have defined the two gateways with the correct weights and enabled load balancing. Each gateway is in a different subnet, so is the lan. I have tested the setup, and cannot get internet access. Can someone help? I am running ebox on a machine with 6 NICs and each NIC in use has been assigned the correct IP from dedicated subnet. IP of WAN1 is 172.16.1.1/28 WAN2 172.16.2.1/28 and LAN 172.30.1.1/24 <- 172.30.1.1 is the default gateway for lan clients.

thanks.

We have to gather more information about your issue to help you.

Have you enabled firewall module? If so, you must set firewall rules for your Web traffic in "Filtering rules for internal networks".

If not, are you able to ping any internet site? Is name resolution working?
