Is it possible to add icq/msn/jabber gateway for jabber server?

You might want to take a look at this article:

The jabber server CAN be configured to understand other IM protocols, but it can be tricky. Also Jabber won't support all the proprietary features (a' la file transfers etc) but may be able to do basic stuff. I would almost recommend something more like meebo widgets (html object) that could be embedded into an intranet implementation.

Just a thought.
