I have two internet connections. One of them has a static IP address (behind another router), and the other is dynamic (connected directly to a cable modem). I want to limit torrent usage to the connection with the static IP. Is that possible?

Thank you,
Chris

Currently, there is no way to limit bandwidth by application protocol but only by service (port/protocol). There will be an experimental module to accomplish this demanded feature.

You may have to change your constraints and reformulate the solution until this module is public.

In Network-> traffic balance you can add rules to select which router your internal traffic will use to come out.

This can slove your problem if your clients *always* use the same ports, as you can add rules that state that traffic connection to those port should go out through gateway foo or bar.

If you have control on your clients this will work ok.
