Queue Management
« on: July 10, 2008, 04:44:57 am »
Dear All,

No system update was done after eBox installation. Queue Management page does not show the usual way it does. It gives error message below.

An internal error related to a template has occurred. This is a bug, relevant information can be found in the logs.

It was fine yesterday but not this morning when I logged on.

Any idea ???

Can you post the information found in the logs?. The log is located at /var/log/ebox/ebox.log, please reload the page (to bring again the error message) and paste the last lines of the log.

Hi Javi,

I believe below is the one.

***********************************

2008/07/10 23:16:42 ERROR> Base.pm:340 EBox::CGI::Base::__ANON__ - Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at (eval 1908) line 98.

Stack:
  [(eval 1908):98]

***********************************

Once again, thank you very much. :)

Regards,

Terence Loo

Hi Javi,

Surprisingly once I cleared the queue, the normal page shown.

"There is no messages in queue or the service is stopped"

Once there is a queue, the page shows

"An internal error related to a template has occurred. This is a bug, relevant information can be found in the logs."

Hi Javi,

Problem solved by pressing "Show Help" in Queue module. It's now working.

Thank you very much.
