upgrade to zentyal5.0 guide request

Hello everybody,
first of all forgive my poor english.

Yesterday I've tried to upgrade a clone of my commercial edition pdc putting the 5.0 apt string in the sourcelist instead of the 4.2 line and it was a (an half) ragnarok: the 4.2 services disappeared but nothing from the 5.0 repo was installed.

Now I expected a "distro upgrade" button as stated in the 5.0 announcement but modifying the repo file I only got a mix of packages from the 4.2 and 5.0 repo in my software update tab.

So i've two little question:
- How should I proceed to do the upgrade?
- Why there are no exhaustive docs on the upgrade process?
