Samba Printing Cups configuration

I need some help.

I have an ebox 1.4 server installed.

I need to now how many pages each user prints. But cups only records one page heaven if the user document has 30 pages.

I read that is because windows sends the file to print in the raw format and cups isn't able to "decode" it.

Can it be possible to make windows use the cups driver? Is that reached be changing in the smb.conf
file the  "use client driver = yes" to " use client driver = no". Will cups be able to log the pages printed by user with this change? Will it harm the ebox installation?
