Zentyal won't start after update ?

Hi there,
I set up Zentyal 4.2 on a Hyper-V machine and after installing which took quit some time already I updated trough the Terminal with sudo apt-get update and after that upgrade now I did a reboot and the server just won't start anymore.
I am waiting for at least 30 minutes already but nothing ...
same happened yesterday already after I tried doing the same thing -.-V

Is there any problem with the newest updates or is it because of Hyper-V or what could chause this problem ?

Right now I am thinking of shutting down the thing and trying starting it again but I am not sure if its doing something in the background or not so yeah ^^V

Ok just shut down the thing and restarted now it works but that can't be how it is supposed to be XD

Ok it seems its more like "it wont shutdown within the hyper-v" it does actually start properly but for restarting or shuting off i need to press the turn off button on the hyper-v
