User accounts disapper

Hi

I configured my zentyal to wok with Windows active directory and it works fine but I found out that some users were disappeared when I view it under Users and Computers --> Manage --> User.  Not all users are gone but some. When I ssh to the server and look at /home directory, I saw that all the users are exist but not in the web interface.  Users that disappeared were not able to login.

What might be the problem..??  Is it related to roaming profile or what..??

Need help.
