Can't receive e-mail on Thunderbird client

Zentyal 4.1 dev edition - POP3/IMAP etc. Although it sends mail fine it absolutely  refuses to deliver mail to the Thunderbird client.

The documentation for troubleshooting this is very poor - and the logs do not show where or if the mail is being delivered and what it's not appearing in the mailbox. very disappointed in this..:-(

is there anyone who suggest something before I bin it?

I assume there is no problem of blocked ports on your lan
Try this configuration:
Pop Server
name server = server IP
user name = xxxxx@xxxx.xx
port = 995

Security settings
security conection = SSL/TLS
identification method = normal pasword

STMP server
name server = server IP
port = 587
user name = xxxxx@xxxxx.xx
identification method = normal pasword
security conection = STARTTLS

Thanks - I've sorted the Firewall and it's working fine now. Quiet impressed by the Mail Filter!
