Have you TLS enabled in your clients?.
The mail programs log in the file /var/log/mail.log, there are several programs that can log in this file but the one that interest us in this case is 'postfix'.

 Thank you Javier Amor Garcia

I managed to fix this problem !!

When configuring the server from the administrative page Insert only one object at a time with all its networks and other con-figs then save before entering another object !!

If you do more than 1 object it loads shows on the admin page but in actual fact its not even loaded strangely when I removed the admin object everything was gone that's how I knew something was wrong , so I just configured all my objects again and it started working and Its running for almost a full day now !!

Thank you everyone for your tips and help lets blame this one on my over eagerness to get the server running again!!

Lets just hope this can help someone else later on!!
