Firewall configuration for email server

I'm trying to put my exchange 2k3 server behind ebox firewall. I can redirect the 3386 port and 5900 for internal network.  But I don't know how to make the external computer to use 25, 143, 21 to contact internal computer. (exchange 2k3 server is one of the internal network computer)  Any suggestion how I can make these ports work?

I'm no exchange guru, but it sounds to me like the change you want to make is with exchange, not eBox.

You could also look into the port translation under firewall, Port Redirects. There you can take an external port and translate it to an internal port.
