POP (110) being blocked (HELP)

Good morning, I have a following problem.

My Zentyal server is blocking an ip destination (my pop server) and only to the POP port.

As you can see the result of syslog.

I do not know what to do. Already rolled in the hand command to unlock. It does not work.
