Error starting DHCP server

Hi all,

I have tried a couple time to start the dhcp server. I get the following error:
"dhcpd: Can't create PID file /var/run/dhcpd.pid: Permission denied."

Very strange though because when I start the dhcp3 daemon manually using "/etc/init.d/dhcp3-server start" it start correctly. The diiference here is that the pid will be created in "/var/run/dhcp3-server/dhcpd.pid".

So why is ebox try to create the pid in "/var/run" directory?
Anybody can help me to solve it? I am quit new to ebox...

P.S. I am running ubuntu 9.10 server and ebox-dhcp version 1.3.5.
