E-mail address with underscore incorrectly displayed in the "To" field

Hello there,
I have just setup a Zentyal server.

If I send a mail (from Outlook 2003 or 2013) to an address with an underscore (e.g. user_m_name@mail.com) the "TO" will look something like this in the mail header
To: "=?utf-8?q?user=5Fm=5Fname@" <mail.com?= user_m_name@mail.com>
And  it also displays like this to the recipient, even though the "For" string is correct in the mail header, is this a bug with OpenChange or something some else may have encountered?
