3.5 and Server 2008r2 not playing nice

I am trying to add Zentyal 3.5 to my existing Active directory and I can't get it to work no matter what I try. When I click save it says done but it doesn't appear to communicate with the DC's. Helpppppp please

Go to your 2008 machine, and view the domain controllers.  You will see your Zentyal box in this group.  Now if you select the Zentyal box you will be able to see your users are on the Zentyal box. 

Our systems have always worked this way.  Zentyal just will not display our users on its screen, but they are there, and working.
