I have tested the 3.5 from beginning beta. I thought the step to 14.04lts is a good way and also to focus on openchange. i had big hopes on 3.5 for minimizing problems of 3.4, but ...
But now after release i must see, that new main problems have arrived:
- no mail connector (removing user corner) left, so no mails can be received from external accounts when using a relay server for imap or pop3, a very big problem for me
- active sync support? Still not user ready and for me still not working (tried both z-push and sogo-activesync, still nessesary manually to install by command line, no pro cons for both alternatives. as the roadmap says, 3.5 should give a a full working activesync.
At the moment, 3.5 is unusable for me. It´s still a playground. And i invest hours of hours in it, so many that i can´t count them.
Sorry, in my oppinion 3.5 is again to early published. It´s still beta status.
