[Solved]403 from Webserver after upgrading to 3.4

Hello all,
afer upgrading from 3.3 to 3.4 my website (vhost) is not available. Apache tells me 403 forbidden. Anything to change in http setup?

-> had to modify the old httpd.conf for access
