VPN Connection issue outside local network

Hi,

I have configured zentyal pdc and since 3 months and i am very much happy with the performance and features.
But today i configured vpn server on zentyal but it is giving me hard time connecting outside local network.

Connecting well from local network but while trying to connect from home broadband same machine is not connecting.

It is waiting and nothing happens and last two lines are this in log.

Please help me in this to resolve this issue.

We need more network info than this.

Are you using Zentyal as a gateway or as a stand alone module?

A network diagram also helps,

Internet <---> X modem/router <---->Random switch <----> Zentyal would be an example.
