samba server not working on ubuntu10.04

Hi All,
zentyal version 2.2.9,samba server version 3.4.9,ubuntu10.04 the problem is samba server not working.

I checked logs file :---
log.smbd----smbd/server.c:1069(main)
smbd version 3.4.9 started
log.mnbd----- nmbd/asyncdns.c155(start_async_dns),standard input is not a socket,assuming -D option
Error nmbd is already running .file
/var/log/samba------lib/smbldap.c:1265(another_ldap_try).


how to solve this issue
