Logging into Windows PC connected to Zentyal PDC - User Profile Service error

Hello,

We are using Zentyal Community edition 3.4.1.  I downloaded the vm image and I'm running it in Virtualbox on my Ubuntu Desktop.

I'm connecting my windows 7 laptop to the domain on Zentyal.
I've changed my DNS settings on the windows laptop to point to my zentyal server first.
I've successfully added my Windows 7 computer to the Zentyal domain.
But when I restart the windows laptop and try to login with a user I've setup on zentyal I receive the following error message:

Code: [Select]

The User Profile Service service failed the logon.
User profile cannot be loaded.
What would cause this?  Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
