vsftp can't lock home directories

I installed FTP Components.
I want lock user login to user home and let's can't return /home folder.
I have click "Restrict to personal directories" option.
But it's also can return /home folder.
How to lock it?

Yes, seems to be a bug!
should be: vsftpd.conf:
chroot_local_user=YES

...but zentyal don't set the correct option. A manual correction is loose after restart.

There was an old ticket too (https://forum.zentyal.org/index.php?topic=13795.0)

Would be nice if anybody have a solution for us...
