Restrict SMTP service by User Group

I have a Zentyal 3.3.4 server set up as a DC and Mail server. It's working pretty good, can be a pain sometimes. But overall great.

Here is the issue i currently face, I have several groups of agents all with an email account provided by Zentyal. What i would like to do is allow most of the users the ability to send email outside of the network and out to the internet.  While restricting a particular group of users to local or in-network only email service.

Is there a way i can set it up through Zentyal or will i have to go outside zentyal to keep that one group of people from sending email outside the network?
