How to restore deleted emails ?

Can any one suggested how to restore deleted emails for a particular account or all accounts in zenyal server using without zafara.

With standard mail the mails reside in /var/vmail
You do have a backup of that?

Thanks robb for clarifying differences, we have enabled automatic backup and tried to restored /var/vmail/mydomain/account-holder from System->Backup-> Restore Files tab but it throwing following error while restoring

Remote URL to be used with duplicity for manual restores: file:///home/administrator/Desktop/Backup/ --no-encryption
