Ebox 1.3 Add Users Error

'm trying to get ebox working on ubuntu jaunty x64 server. I've been working through the "Ebox Install How To" thread but have encountered a couple of problems when it comes to adding users.  I'm not sure if they are related but I will describe each so just in case....

First, I could not add enable users and groups...but I resolved that problem based on this post:  http://forum.ebox-platform.com/index.php?topic=1666.0

Second, I received an error when initially trying to add a group due to a previously configured ldap installation.  I wiped the database with dpkg-reconfigure and was then able to add groups without a problem.

Now, when I try to add a user I get the following error:

A really nasty bug has occurred

Can't use string ("") as a subroutine ref while "strict refs" in use
Trace

Any ideas?
