touch /var/run/resolvconf/resolv.conf failed

I am testing Zentyal as a gateway for a local network installed with an OpenVZ container but finding various issues.
After a couple of reinstall I thought everything was working fine but I keep getting every now and again an error when I change any gateway or network related setup.

Logs show:

root@zen:/# /etc/init.d/zentyal network start
 * Restarting Zentyal module: network                                    [fail]
root command touch /var/run/resolvconf/resolv.conf failed.
Error output: touch: cannot touch `/var/run/resolvconf/resolv.conf': No such file or directory

I don't find any reference online about it and not sure how to proceed as rest of my errors might be related.

Got this solved by installing this package,
http://pkgs.org/ubuntu-12.04/ubuntu-updates-main-i386/resolvconf_1.63ubuntu16_all.deb.html
