Can't access the ebox after make my IP static IP

        I installed ebox 1.2 and everything was fine, my eth0 network was on dhcp first time, I was able to access the ebox Gui and check all the configuration
       I change then my IP to static IP (the same one given by the dhcp) and now I can't access the web gui for the ebox,  and you can not also access to it using ssh.
      I put screen directly to my ebox computer, I want to /etc/network/interfaces and change the IP back to dhcp, I restarted the computer, and still can't access the ebox on https, the admin side of ebox
         Why this happen? please help
