Thunderbird like tools taking system time rather than server time

I'm using Thunderbird in client for email setup, the problem with this is, it taking its own system time rather than server time while sending the emails, due to this some times if client changes his system time, at other side who is receiving the email are listed in wrong order with future dates. I'm using NTP, I think client system are not sync with server's NTP. Any how to make, when user sending email it must take time of server not of client system ?

"sent mail time" is the one from the workstation, not from any MTA in the middle. Check rather this first
