With the current setup if you are going to provide more than a singular server that also provides web applications I am struggling with the DNS settings.
The current arrangement for creating a PDC & BDC in zentyal 3.0 provides an authoritive DNS record that is different.
You can have hostname records and that is fine but the domain such as domain.org will end up with two different IP's that correspond to the PDC and BDC.
If you are hosting a website this is a huge problem lan side as it would seem to be pot luck on which IP the clients will use.
