3.0.2 an Open Relay?

I installed 3.0.2 today via the PPA and have had some issues.  The major one being that it is openly relaying mail.  I do not use a smart host and I have configured a few virtual domains.  I don't even know where to begin to look for the issue.

Ok, disregard this.  Operator error.  I managed to bind incoming connections to 127.0.0.1 (don't ask).  Of COURSE it's going to relay those!
