[Solved] Zentyal 3.0.1 WAN Failover
« on: September 23, 2012, 10:58:30 pm »
Hi
I have a problem with WAN failover functionality. In version 2.2 work perfectly, in version 3.01 I have "WAN Failover event is not enabled. You have to enable it in order to use this feature" and I can not find how to turn it on.
I have two external links with a static IP address and one external lins with DHCP.
In version 3 does not have this functionality, or it is hidden somewhere?
Thanks for help
A

I was searching for the same option and it is a bit hidden.

First activate events (Core/Module Status)
Go to Core/Maintenance.
There you will find 'events'
Check 'wan failover'

Confirm changes and you can configure wan failover (set how often and how the connection is checked)
