Weird IP's in HTTP proxy

Hi All

I am new to zentyal and im getting this unknown IP captured in http proxy logs. should i be worried or not.

eg :

96.127.175.154 http://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B0019KAQCC?...    2147 text/html   Accepted
82.103.134.163   http://www.amazon.fr/gp/aw/d/B003ZXQVNO?...    3672 text/html   Accepted
and this are not on my internal networks, how can i just block any unknown IP and make my firewall more secure?

Urgent help please. and i also want to block bittorent downloads from internal.
