Installation and Upgrades / Looking for reassurance before upgrading 7.1.1 to 8.0

After reading of problems both here and on github, can anyone confirm a successful upgrade from 7.1.1 to 8.0 using the "Upgrade Now" button on the Dashboard?

Other modules / DNS - restart from Interface not working

Zentyal Development Edition

I have upgraded from 4.X to 5.0.4 from the Dashboard.

The option to Restart DNS from Module Status in the Dashboard no longer works - giving the following message at the top of the page:

"Error restarting service DNS. See /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log for more information."

The tail of the logs say:

Installation and Upgrades / zentyal-samba (3.0.10) not installed correctly after update

After recent system updates I have error message as below in "Zentyal Components"

The following packages are not properly installed. You need to fix this before trying to use them or install new modules.

zentyal-samba    Zentyal - File Sharing and Domain Services    3.0.10
To solve this situation, please try to execute the following command in the console:

sudo dpkg --configure -a
---------------------

Running the above does not fix and gives the following output:
