I am also interested in this as I rsync data between 2 servers and would like the permissions to be correct.
from what I can see /usr/share/zentyal/global-action --action saveAllModules --progress-id 1 is run with a whole lot of variables when you click save
Anyone know what else the command needs ?

News and Announcements / Re: New OpenChange webmail in Zentyal 3.4

Hi I have setup a quick test server and have a few comments.
1. No clear way to process mail rules for moving mail to certain folders etc
2. The calendar doesn't seem to work as I created an appointment with 2 users and then when I went to create a new appointment with a third user neither of the two users already busy showed as busy in the calendar pane.
3. Labelling any email as important , personal etc doesn't seem to work.
Using 3.4.3 updated today

Installation and Upgrades / Re: Bandwidth Throttling - Time restrictions
« on: April 15, 2013, 02:27:06 pm »
so it definitely has to do with the delay pool config. i need an acl that specifies the time when delays must be active
acl non_free time MTWHFSU 06:00-23:59
and then enable it
delay_access allow 1 non_free
So I guess the question is how do I make a permanent change to the squid-external.conf file to keep my changes ?

Installation and Upgrades / Bandwidth Throttling - Time restrictions
« on: April 09, 2013, 11:51:59 pm »
Hi
I have installed latest version 3 and I am very impressed. I want to implement bandwidth throttling as my isp has free zone between 12pm and 6am so I want all downloads to go slow until that time. I have been able to setup all filtering policies by time and it works great. I cannot see how I can apply a bandwidth throttling policy between 6am and 12pm ?
Is there a CLI command that could enable / disable a throttling policy ? I could then setup a cronjob to simply disable policy during the free zone.
