Hello, geeks!
Our section (Russian) remained apparently without moderator. the last visit of the moderator was almost a year ago, in September, 2013.
The new moderator is necessary to us. I can sometimes carry out this role.

Not bad idea.
But this, "General", thread of forum seems to be not very active, and russian is even more passive... Is the russian moderator really necessary?
